We own and operate a factory in Warriewood, which allows us to control the whole build process from concept to completion.

Working alongside Occupational Therapists, we provide innovative design with an understanding of both the building code and the NDIS and aged care support programs ensuring our build and renovations are fit for purpose with beautifully designed and functional homes for all.

Commercial Joinery

Delta Design have worked with partners on a number of commercial projects from hospitality, restaurants, offices fit outs and retail. We assist our clients in making perfect selections for their space.

WE PROVIDE BOTH COMPLEX AND MINOR HOME MODIFICATIONS FOR ALL NDIS PARTICIPANTS. SELF-MANAGED, PLAN MANAGED AND AGENCY MANAGED.

We offer a builder consultation – a Joint Home Visit where one of our in-house builders consults with the prescribing Occupational Therapist and participants about the home modifications being designed. This is commonly required where the proposed home modifications are large or complex.
Building consultations for these large or complex modifications will provide feasibility of the modification designs, and ensure all work complies with relevant laws and regulations, including building codes and Australian Standards which regulate home modifications.

We are also providing a cleaning and garden maintenance service for participants who are in need of this support. This service also gives us the opportunity to build relationships and understand possible limitations which could be alleviated by small home modifications to allow the participant to become more independent at home.
